All pricing is clearly communicated before project initiation. Payment terms may include deposits, milestone payments, or subscriptions. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
All custom code, designs, and deliverables remain our property until full payment is made. After complete payment, rights may be transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.
We ensure the confidentiality of your data. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Support duration is based on the selected plan. Additional or extended support may be chargeable. Major redesigns or third-party fixes are not included in general maintenance unless specified.
Partial refunds may be available if cancelled before development begins. Once the work has started, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by management.
We may use third-party plugins or services and are not liable for their performance. All such services are subject to their own terms.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or delays due to external factors or client misuse. We are also not liable for downtime or issues caused by third-party vendors.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
