About the Role SBS Tech Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for finding potential clients, explaining our IT and digital solutions, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities • Generate new leads and identify potential clients. • Contact clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings. • Promote SBS services such as Website Development, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and Business Solutions. • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions. • Explain services, packages, pricing, and benefits to potential clients. • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication. • Schedule and attend client meetings. • Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team. • Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals. • Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets. • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Requirements • Good communication and convincing skills. • Confident and professional personality. • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. • Target-oriented and self-motivated. • Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Email. • Willingness to learn about IT and digital services. • Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply. • Previous experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or B2B Sales will be an advantage.
